We did it!

Using much imagination and little financial investment, we completed a crowdfunding challenge to transform an orphanage of 100 parentless kids halfway around the world, as an entirely new way to celebrate Mother’s Day. “Orphans Over Orchids” attracted 439 funders who noticed the campaign on IndieGoGo, and contributed a total of $110,776 for housemothers, healthcare, better nutrition, tutoring and a cozier environment.

What we do

The Miracle Foundation is helping orphans and orphanages in India to reach their full potential. Through our N.E.S.T. program, we Nurture and Empower children and their caregivers, Strengthen the orphanage’s operational procedures, and, ultimately, Transform institutions into loving homes where children thrive.

 

Our phased approach enables us to identify and evaluate India orphanages that share our philosophy and are striving to properly care for the children they support, but are unable to meet these standards due to insufficient resources. Learn More.
