While visiting India, Caroline Boudreaux was inspired to create an organization dedicated to empowering orphaned children (It was Mother’s Day in the USA)
November 2000
Established The Miracle Foundation (articles of incorporation and by laws were accepted by the state of Texas)
June 2001
Recognized with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status
December 2004
Opened our first children’s home
February 2005
Awarded land for tsunami village by the Government of India
March 2005
Funded and built homes for 1,500 tsunami survivors
March 2006
Completed our first cottage-style children’s village
March 2008
Funded our second cottage-style children’s village
February 2010
Created The NEST Method, a revolutionary approach that NURTURES and EMPOWERS orphaned children and their caregivers, STRENGTHENS operational processes and systems, and TRANSFORMS institutions into homes where children thrive

Miracle Foundation India registered as a Section 25 (nonprofit) in India to implement The NEST Method
October 2011
Launched The NEST Method with two orphanages
November 2011
Added a third orphanage to The NEST Method
February 2012
Miracle Foundation India received 80G license in order to accept tax-deductible donations in India

Brought the fourth orphanage into The NEST Method
