Elizabeth Griffin is a nonprofit executive and social impact leader with more than two decades of experience building organizations, strengthening systems, and creating opportunities for vulnerable children, families, and communities.

Her career spans child welfare, human trafficking, disability services, international development, crisis response, and community-based care. She has scaled programs across six counties and five countries, led multimillion-dollar fundraising and capital efforts, and built cross-sector partnerships. Most recently, Elizabeth served as CEO of The BiG Community and previously held leadership roles with Unbound Now.

She is passionate about family strengthening, child welfare reform, and creating sustainable systems that help children and families thrive.
