Randi Hernández-Ragsdale brings more than 15 years of experience in marketing and communications across nonprofits, museums, universities, and consumer brands. A storyteller, strategist, designer, and enthusiastic believer in the power of doing good, she loves finding creative ways to help people connect with a mission and, most importantly, care about it.

Before joining Miracle Foundation, Randi built a career that let her combine big-picture strategy with the creative work she loves, from shaping brands and leading integrated campaigns to finding new and compelling ways to tell stories. She holds a master’s degree in Cultural Heritage and Preservation Studies from Rutgers University, which probably explains why she can rarely pass up a museum without going inside.

Outside of work, Randi can usually be found making large-format screen prints, taking photos, or exploring somewhere new with her family. She lives in Austin with her husband, two wonderfully energetic kids, and a menagerie of pets.
