Dennis Noll has been a steadfast supporter of Miracle Foundation since 2005, lending his leadership and vision to help children thrive in families. He currently serves as Vice President at KCI Medical (Acelity), a global medical technology company based in San Antonio. Previously, Dennis led the San Antonio Area Foundation as CEO, overseeing a period of transformative growth that tripled the foundation’s size and community impact.

Dennis also served as an executive and General Counsel at Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (now Acelity), bringing legal and strategic expertise to the medical innovation space. A graduate of Georgetown University Law Center, Dennis continues to drive lasting change as Chairman of the Board at Santikos Enterprises, a for-profit entertainment company that reinvests its earnings into local nonprofits and community initiatives. He has helped guide Miracle Foundation with a deep commitment to equity, innovation, and building a better future for vulnerable children around the world.
