
Louie Ehrlich brings more than four decades of leadership in technology, business strategy, and governance to his role as a valued Global Advisor to the Miracle Foundation. His career includes a 34-year tenure at Chevron, where he held several senior leadership positions, including Chief Information Officer (CIO) and President of Chevron IT Company, and Vice President of Strategy and Business Services for Chevron Global Downstream.
Today, Louie serves as CEO of Ehrlich Capital LLC and Ehrlich Ventures LLC, where he develops and operates small businesses in the Austin, TX area, and as a strategic consultant, where he advises businesses—from startups to global enterprises—on technology, cybersecurity, and strategic growth.
Widely recognized for his leadership and innovation, Louie has received the Top 10 Global CIO Award, the Transformation CIO Award, and was twice a finalist for the Fisher-Hopper Prize for Lifetime Achievement in CIO Leadership.
His commitment to service extends beyond the corporate world. Louie has held leadership roles on advisory boards for organizations including World Uprising Enterprises, the Lawrence Hall of Science at UC Berkeley, and the Children’s Museum of Houston. He is also President of both the Buddy Ehrlich Foundation and the University of Southern Mississippi Foundation Board of Directors.
Louie holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Southern Mississippi and an Executive MBA from Houston Baptist University.
