Subroto is an experienced development professional passionate about addressing various development issues, including public health, disaster management, education, protection, and child rights. He has dedicated his career to working with vulnerable children and youth, including those affected by HIV/AIDS, those living on the street, and those affected by natural disasters. As the Senior Zonal Head for Miracle Foundation, he leads the UNICEF program in Maharashtra, Bihar, Jharkhand, and Gujarat. Subroto earned a Master’s in Social Work from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in Mumbai. He enjoys traveling throughout India to meet with diverse groups of people, capturing snapshots of life through photography. Additionally, he is an avid motorcyclist who enjoys exploring off-the-beaten-path locations.
