Leslie Beasley

Chief Executive Officer

Leslie Beasley is the CEO of Miracle Foundation.org, a leading non-profit organization empowering orphans and vulnerable children to reach their full potential. Focused on both data-driven outcomes and on-the-ground program execution, Leslie is leading Miracle Foundation to fulfill its goal of “A family for every child in our lifetime.”

Under Leslie’s leadership, Miracle Foundation is refocusing its revolutionary Thrive Scale™ (based on the UN Rights of the Child) to measure and support the reunification of orphaned children with their families, creating an industry-leading framework to successfully accomplish this critical work.

Closer to home, Leslie is overseeing the creation of FosterShare®, a phone and desktop app that prevents foster children from bouncing from home to home, decreases the drop-out rate of foster parents, and brings greater stability to the foster care ecosystem.

Professionally, Leslie has been at the forefront of the non-profit space for the last 25 years. Prior to Miracle Foundation, she was the Founder and CEO of Open Arms, a social enterprise that provides living-wage employment to women survivors of war. She was also a founding board member for  Work for Life, an organization that assists African entrepreneurs in launching sustainable businesses to help eliminate poverty.

Leslie is an in-demand speaker on multiple topics, including “Social Entrepreneurship: Creating Social Change in the For-Profit Sector” and “Engineering a Miracle: Using Money for Meaning and Impact.” A few of her recent speaking engagements include:

  • Texas Conference for Women
  • United Nations Girl Up Program
  • University of Texas Entrepreneurship and Social Change Program

Leslie lives in Austin, Texas, with her husband, Robert Beasley, and four children, Conner, Kyle, Luke, and Lily.
