Niyoshi joined the Miracle Foundation in 2012, after interning and working part-time with the organization for a year. Passionate about Miracle Foundation’s mission to empower orphans to reach their full potential, she now serves as Director of Global Programs. As a child protection and child rights social impact leader, Niyoshi spearheads a collaboration between Miracle Foundation’s international team and various global partners to successfully develop sustainable, scalable, and measurable programs based on the United Nations Rights of the Child. She is responsible for the ongoing development and enhancement of the organization’s methodology and new programs, specifically as they relate to overall quality, metrics, outcomes, processes, and consumable solutions. She works hand-in-hand with the Chief Executive Officer to plan entry into new countries and create technology solutions. Niyoshi holds a master’s degree in Education from Texas State University and received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Indiana University.
